Boxing has always been the best technique to self defense. Some use it for discipline, I learned to use it as protection. Life throws you many PUNCHES and sometimes if you aren’t swift enough, they will hurt. Growing up my father knew the hardships that life brings and saw how bullying affected me, he introduced me to boxing as a tool for self defense, and with wisdom I took it to another level. After the introduction to the world of boxing, I love it! It became my WEAPON!
